Andy Kim is the founder and CEO of The Foundry. With a background in building and leading high-performance teams in direct marketing and sales, he grew his company's revenue to over $500K in his first year by focusing on disciplined execution, clear positioning, and systems that scale. Today, he leads the agency with a client-first mindset—prioritizing measurable growth, accountability, and long-term partnerships over hype.
His mission at The Foundry is to make real business education accessible to everyone. And to do that, he strives to provide an environment within each office where anyone with or without any skill from any background can come and learn how to become the best versions of themselves. He built a culture of positive and uplifting team environment to make that happen. Andy works to create an audience of thousands of people to subscribe to his business content across social media.
